Accessing Ready-Made Templates by Sector in Tess AI
We will explain how to find ready-made templates in Tess AI for different sectors, such as sales and customer service.
Creating Custom Templates: You can use Copilot to create your own templates for specific tasks, such as analyzing sales call transcripts.
Accessing Existing Templates: To find ready-made templates, click on "Community" in the left side menu and then on "Marketplace".
Filtering by Sector: In the Marketplace, you can filter templates by sector, such as "Customer Service".
Creating Your Own Templates: If you do not find the ideal template, create your own in AI Studio. Choose the template type, the AI model, and configure the inputs and the prompt. A tutorial is available in AI Studio to assist with the process.
Search: Use the search bar to quickly find templates, workspaces, and AIs. You can search by keywords or browse the recent models.
