If you want to get more features and tools in your Tess AI account, upgrading your plan is the best way to go. With higher-tier plans, you get access to more tools and credits that can help speed up your projects and boost your productivity. In this guide, we’ll walk you through the process of upgrading your plan on the platform, so you can sign up and get the most out of everything on offer.
1. Go to the Plans Area
You can find it by clicking the "Manage Plan" button in the bottom left corner of your home screen. In this tab you’ll see your current plan, check out the features of other plans, and pick whichever one you like.
2. Pick the Plan You Want
On the payment page, you'll see an overview of all available plans. Each plan will show you the perks and features you get by upgrading. Look through the options and pick the plan that fits you best.
3. Click "Choose Plan"
After you decide which one you want, click on the “Choose Plan” button that matches the plan you picked. A subscribe button through Stripe will pop up, and you’ll need to click it. You’ll be taken to a payment page, where you can review the plan details, price, and your personal info before the purchase.
Keep in mind your upgrade will follow your current loyalty period, meaning you’ll be charged a proportional amount based on the end date of your original loyalty!
For example, if you still have 6 months of loyalty and you’re upgrading from the beginner plan to the individual plan, you’ll be charged exactly for the upgrade period, and you can split the payments however you want.
4. Confirmation and Payment via Stripe
On the payment page, fill in all the fields correctly. You’ll need to enter your CPF (or CNPJ if you’re a company), then your credit card info, name, and address. Once you’ve done that, just click "Pay with Stripe"
5. Enjoy the New Features
As soon as your payment is confirmed, your plan gets updated right away. You’ll get a confirmation by email and can start using your credits and all the new features your plan gives you.
Remember: By confirming your purchase, you’re allowing future purchases (plan renewals) by Pareto. You can cancel anytime with no fees or hassle, but you’ll lose credits and benefits related to your plan.
If You Want to Change Your Plan
If you want to switch plans, just click on "Change Plan" and then repeat the purchase process with the new plan. Just a heads-up: when you switch from your current plan, you’ll automatically move to the new one.
