Plus, Tess AI is working on developing memory for the AIs, and new AIs are being added to the platform, so Tess is getting more and more powerful all the time.

Can I use Tess AI in Portuguese?
Yes, Tess AI can be switched to Portuguese in the settings at the top-right side.
Can I send prompts in Portuguese in the chat?
Absolutely! Feel free to use Portuguese in the chat. But if you're making images in Copilot for Images or Videos, you'll get better results using prompts in English, since the AI models for images and videos were trained mainly on English.
What are the available plans on Tess AI?
Tess AI offers different plans to meet the needs of all kinds of users. The current plans are: Beginner, Individual, and Business. You can check out all the details for each of them on our Plans page: https://pareto.io/pt-br/precos/
What are credits in Tess AI?
Credits are the unit used in Tess AI to monitor your use of resources. Whether you want to create images, videos, or text, the type of credit is always the same. How many credits you use depends on the AI and the settings you're using.
FYI: For text and images, we've got unlimited models that don't use up your credits! Check out the list of models and their usage here: https://tessai.io/br/models/
How are credits counted?
Credit counting changes depending on how many tokens were used in the generated answer. Tokens represent computing resources used by AI models, and several AIs use the same reference. When building images, videos, or text, tokens usually mean the number of words, characters, or pixels involved in a task. On average, we can say that 100 tokens are roughly 75 words.
4. Credit Differences by plans
Each plan gives you different amounts of monthly credits and access to specific features, which you can check out here in the Tess Plans Dashboard or on the website page: https://pareto.io/pt-br/precos/.
The more advanced plans usually include more credits and extra features, like monetization and fancier automations.
On a similar note, all plans have unlimited models in the Chat Copilot, and give you access to image, video, or transcription generation.
Can I buy extra credits?
Yes, you can get extra credits by logging into your account, then going to the Prepaid Plans area and picking the best Pack for you!
What happens if I don't use all my annual credits?
If you don't use all your credits, they'll reset back to the starting amount when it's time to renew.
What happens if I want to change my plan in the middle of the year?
The policy for changing your plan mid-year is that you'll get a pro-rata charge. So if you upgrade to a bigger plan, there'll be an extra charge until the end of your current annual cycle.
Now, if you want to switch to a smaller plan — a potential Downgrade — you can only do that at the end of your current cycle.
How does Workspace work in Tess AI?
The Workspace is a place where you can set up your personal or business profile. You can customize details like name, profile picture, description, bio, and share your social media links. If you're a company, you can set up the Workspace so your team members can join you.

5. Does Tess AI offer usage analytics?
Yes, the Analytics section lets you check out how you've been using Tess AI, including your usage history and detailed stats.
1. How do I transcribe my audios?
To transcribe audio and video files, you can use Tess for Transcriptions. With this service, you can upload an audio file up to 200 MB in mp3, mp4, mpeg, mpga, m4a, wav or webm formats. Besides the (literal) transcription, you can also choose to get a summary (summary).
You can also choose to transcribe in Copilot for Chat by importing your file (with the same requirements above) and picking which model to use for the transcription.
How do I make realistic photos?
It's always recommended for images and videos to use the prompt in English. For that, just write in your language and click that icon next to it that looks like a pencil (), and it will instantly translate it for you!
The type of image generation can vary by model. For realistic results, go for Leonardo Photo Real, Google Imagen, Ideogram 2.5 or 3.0, Stable Diffusion, and others.
"I can't generate a video, what's going on? I click the button but nothing happens!"
The main issue with videos can come down to three main reasons
1 - The language isn't set to English. It's always recommended to use the prompt in English for images and videos. To do that, just use an English prompt or click the smart selection icon to apply.
2 - Prompt with more than 500 characters, which could cause a failure. If you’re going to animate an image, you can just put the Action in the prompt. If you’re creating from scratch, go for more specific prompts—after all, videos are short, usually a max of 10s.
3 - Reference image in a different format from the requested video, like image is 1x1 and video is 16x9
4 - The video model you picked needs you to fill out the advanced settings, like reference images, but you didn’t fill them in.
Check if any of these apply to you!
What is Tess AI Chat?
Tess AI Chat is an advanced conversation tool that lets users interact with the AI in a natural and intuitive way. To access it just go to the "AI Copilot - For Chat" tab in the left sidebar menu.
What’s the difference between the creativity levels of Tess AI?
Tess AI has 4 creativity levels: Systematic, Objective, Natural, Creative, and Imaginative. Higher levels let you get more innovative and out-of-the-box answers, while lower levels give you more predictable and conventional responses.
Does Tess AI offer monetization options?
Yes, your templates can be sold and monetized. In the Monetization tab, you can access Subscription Commissions, Model Sales Commissions, and Model Execution Commissions for your models. The funds become available to withdraw from $1000 onwards via Paypal.
How do I delete my Tess AI account?
To delete your Tess AI account, just click on your user, in the bottom corner of the screen, and then select the “Personal Settings” option. On that screen, at the bottom, you'll see the option to delete your account. If you want to use Tess AI's features again in the future, just register again with a different email.
