Is your Workspace all set up? If so, it’s time to invite new members!
Remember
Only the Business and Enterprise plans let you invite other people to your Workspace. If you need help upgrading your plan, this article here can help you out!
Let’s start inviting members to your Workspace! To do this, in the upper left corner, click on the "AI Team" area and then on "Members" .
Now, on the Members screen you’ll already see the two available invite options: by Secret Link and by Email.
1) Invite via Secret Link
This is the easiest and fastest way, and it lets more people join the Workspace using the same link.
Just click on the secret link icon, turn it on and send it to your team!
To generate new links, just click the option below: Generate a new link, and it’ll become the new valid link.
2) Invite via Email
When adding a member by email, you can send it to one or more people (separating the emails with commas).
IMPORTANT
The email invitation is valid for 3 days (72h) after it's sent. If you miss this window, you'll need to revoke the invite and send it again.
On Tess, you'll find 3 types of users:
Owner / Admin
Only one person can have this role per account, usually the creator. They're in charge of the workspace and get full team viewing access. This role lets you view all history, access knowledge bases, invite new members, and also change team members' access types.
Manager
This role is more limited than the owner's, but it also lets you view other users' credit spending history and invite new members. But, you can't access usage history or other users' chats.
User
This is the basic and individual access to Tess AI, only letting you use it yourself and work on your own creations.
User Lite
User lite is free, you don’t pay anything for it.
But this user can’t create anything, they can only use what other users have made, and all their interactions use up your workspace credits!
It's available starting from the Business plan, where you can add other users to your workspace and include lite seats whenever you want!
Now that you already know how to invite new members and how workspaces work, just follow along and use Tess AI!
