Remember
The Business and Enterprise plans are the ones that allow us to invite other people to join your Workspace. If you need help upgrading your plan, this article here can help you!
Let's start inviting members to your Workspace. To do that, in the upper left corner, click on the "AI Team" area and then on "Members" .
Now, on the Members screen, you will already see the two available invitation options: via Secret Link and Email.
1) Invitation via Secret Link
This is the simplest and quickest way, allowing more people to join the Workspace using the same link.
Just click on the secret link icon, enable it, and send it to your team!
To generate new links, simply click on the option below: Generate a new link, and it will become the new valid link.
2) Invitation via Email
When adding a member via email, you can send it to one or more people (separating the emails with a comma).
IMPORTANT
The email invitation is valid for 3 days (72 hours) after being sent. After that, it will need to be revoked and sent again.
In Tess, you'll find 3 types of users:
Owner / Admin
Allowed for only one person on the account, usually its creator, they are responsible for the workspace and have general team-wide viewing access. This access allows viewing of the entire history, access to knowledge bases, inviting new members, and also changing access levels for team members.
Manager
This access is more limited than the owner’s but also allows viewing the credit spending history of other users and inviting new members. However, it doesn’t give access to usage history or to other users’ chats.
User
This is the basic and individual access to Tess AI, allowing only individual use.
Now that you know how to invite new members and how workspaces work, just go ahead and use Tess AI!
