I Want to Cancel My Plan

However, you can complete the cancellation yourself directly from the platform. Just head to your plan settings by clicking "Manage Plan".

You will see an overview of your current plan and can click on the option cancel my plan, see the example screenshot below:

Next, you will be notified by Tess herself if you really want to cancel, as shown in the example below:

By clicking OK, you're all set! Your plan will be canceled.
I Can't Cancel My Plan
As you may have noticed, all our plans are one-time investments with full access for a year. You pay the total amount upfront or in 12 interest-free installments!
Additionally, the plans include access to our AI University, a complete training program with certification in AI, totally free after purchase!
Understanding Your Commitment
Think of it as if you signed up for an in-person course worth R$588. You can pay upfront or split it into 12 installments of R$49. Our Beginner plan, for example, works the same way: it's a one-time investment of R$588 with the option to pay in installments.
That's why we also offer a 7-day period after purchase to request a full refund, no questions asked!
After this period, the total amount of your plan remains due, regardless of your use of the content throughout the year. Just like you wouldn’t stop paying for the in-person course once it starts, the commitment to the total plan value remains. The same principle applies to the Individual and Business plans, considering their respective total values!
And What About Refunds?

You can follow the same steps above, or access our chat in the bottom right corner and, after confirming you're a customer, just type the option "Request Refund" and the chat will guide you.
You will get to the same explanation given above and will be able to request your refund if you're within the first 7 days of using Tess.
