Who can request:
Any user who needs technical support can put in the request. It’s important that the request is made through an email linked to the company, like the domains "pareto" or "tess".
Starting the process:
To ask for remote access, click your icon in the bottom left corner, then Help, and then Remote Support.
Filling out the form:
After opening the form, you need to enter the email that will receive remote access and provide some context for the request. This step is super important so the support team can understand your situation and help you better.
Submit the request:
Once you’ve filled out all the info, click send. The email you entered will get a confirmation and instructions for remote access.
Once your request gets approved, the support agent will get an email with all the details needed to access remote support. Heads up: the access will last for 72 hours. During that time, you can finish up or open new requests as many times as you need if the problem keeps happening or something new shows up.
