1. Initial Setup of your Workspace
The first step to getting the most out of Tess AI is setting up your workspace. The platform was designed for professional use, allowing you to centralize your work and collaborate with your team efficiently.
You can set up:
Profile Name
Profile and Cover Images
Description and Bio
Social Profiles
2. Inviting your Team
You can and should invite all your team members to the platform. To do this, go to settings and, in the member management area, send invitations to your team or create a unique link for bulk access!
Step by step:
Access the Settings menu.
Select the Members or Users tab.
Click on Invite new member, set the permission level, and enter the professional's email address. Or generate a secret link so that more people can log in in bulk.
3. Credit Management
Your workspace has a single credit wallet that is shared among all users. This makes management easier and ensures that the whole team has the resources they need to work, without having to manage individual subscriptions.
The workspace administrator (Owner) can track usage and add more credits whenever needed.
4. Getting to Know the Interface: Main Menus
When you access Tess AI, you’ll find a clear and organized interface. Getting familiar with the main menus is key for smooth navigation.
Left Sidebar Menu: Here you’ll find the main shortcuts of the platform.
New Chat: Your area for direct interaction with Tess and other agents. When you click this button, a new chat with a clean context window will open so you can start working with the AI.
Team Panel: This section lets you see all agents created by the team with Workspace visibility.
AI University: AI University is your knowledge portal, giving you access to classes taught by Rica Barros, CEO and Founder of Tess, covering everything from the fundamentals of artificial intelligence to advanced strategies for creating agents.
Agent Studio: a workspace for you to create, test, and publish your own AI Agents, fully no-code. In this section you can also access the Image, Video, Code, Audio, and Transcription Generators if you want to use them separately (outside the chat interface).
Recent agents and Generators: To speed up your workflow, right below the Agent Studio button you’ll see the last agents you used. With a single click, you can pick up a task where you left off or start a new conversation in those agents without having to look them up again in Agent Studio.
Chats: Here we organize the folders that are created to group your conversations and make it easier to manage all your work. Right below, you’ll see the full history of your previous conversations.
Settings: Click on your username to access your account settings: manage your profile, workspace, members, and much more.
