The Tess Marketplace is one of the main pillars of the platform. It lets users access thousands of agents created by the Tess community and made available to the public.
Any user can create an agent and make it public, available in the Tess marketplace. More than that, they can turn on monetization for that agent and even turn it into an income source.
What is it?
The Marketplace is the storefront for ready-to-use agents. Any agent marked as Public under Visibility can show up in the Marketplace. You can filter by category, use case, language, popularity, etc.
When you find something interesting, you can test it, add it to your workspace (as a copy, if this is enabled by the owner), and then tweak the prompt, Knowledge Base, and settings to fit your needs.
Why is it important?
Quick starting point: instead of starting from scratch, you start from an agent that’s already built and adjust it.
Inspiration: see how other companies and creators structure prompts, Knowledge Base, and settings.
Specialization: find agents focused on specific niches (legal, marketing, CS, finance, education, etc.).
How to access the Marketplace
Access Agent Studio
If you want to search for an agent, use the search bar. Use keywords related to your use case or Workspace names.
To access the Marketplace click Explore (Marketplace link)

Browse or use the filters by category (Support, Sales, Marketing, Data, Education, etc.).

Open the agent you want to test and you can use it normally.
For those that enable the option to clone or buy, if it makes sense, you can go ahead and create a copy for your Workspace, where you can edit everything.

Best practices
Use the Marketplace as a starting point, not as a “set it and forget it” solution: always adapt it to your context.
Read descriptions and limitations of each agent.
If you publish your own agents, describe clearly:
what it’s for
what it does well
known limitations
