This article will guide you through how to use custom templates, explaining moderation and validation by the Technology team, plus details about the usage link and visibility types.
In the article How to create your own AI on Tess, you already learned how to make your own text AI.
Now, you'll see the main steps to use your AI created within Tess.
For a template to show up in the Tess AI Marketplace, it needs approval by the team in charge of validation.
After you create your AI, if you choose private visibility (or just for Workspace), it'll be approved automatically. But if you want to publish it, there will be a review process, which can take a few days. After the review, it can be approved or rejected and you'll get some suggestions on ways to improve your AI.
You can check the Publishing Status and visibility in Agent Studio:
Another reason your AI might not show up in the feed is the visibility you set for it. When you create a new agent, you can pick its visibility as Private, Public, Unlisted, or Workspace.
In Private mode, only you will have access to your AI. In Unlisted mode, only users with the approved template link can see and use your AI. In Workspace mode, the AI will be available for everyone in your workspace. And in Public mode, once approved, your AI will be available to all Tess users.
During the review process for your AI’s approval, a few things are checked:
If the cover image is related to the theme - A tip: use an image AI to generate your cover.
How relevant the title is
If the description makes sense and if it’s instructive
If what’s offered in the prompt really matches the result that’s generated
While your AI is under review, you can use it through the link that will be shown next to the model description, inside the AI Studio page.
Save time using your templates
Creating custom Agents in Tess AI is super important for saving time and effort, and it keeps everything consistent too.
These Agents help you save a lot of time, since you don't have to start every new task or message from scratch. Plus, they help keep things up to a certain quality standard, making sure all important info is included, which lowers the chances of mistakes.
