Tess AI offers monthly and yearly plans for different usage profiles. The current plans are:
Go Plan
• Who it's for: those starting a more professional journey with AI.
• Main features:
– Full access to Marketplace with 250+ AIs
– Chat with images and audio (multimodal)
– Memory Collections
– Agent Studio (create and use agents)
– Interactivity between models (text, image, video, audio, music)
– AI University (course with 40 lessons, from beginner to advanced)
• Credits: R$ 20 in credits per month + daily credit bonus (promo for a limited time).
Basic Plan
• Who it's for: personal/family use, content creators, and those who need more processing power.
• Includes everything from Go, plus:
– Unlimited users (share the account, each person with their own access)
– Parental control
– Tess Computer (virtual cloud machine)
– Smart/Max Memory (bigger context window and lower input token cost)
– Advanced AI tools (editing documents, videos, audio, images etc.)
• Credits: R$ 30 in credits per month + daily credit bonus (promo for a limited time).
Pro Plan
• Who it's for: freelancers, creators, agencies, and small businesses who want to monetize AI.
• Includes everything from Basic, plus:
– Sale of agents and subscriptions (monetize your agents inside Tess)
– External Agents (embed your agents in websites and apps)
– Tess API and integration tools
– Beta Testers Program (early access to new features)
– PRO Community
– AI Reseller Course (AI University for reselling)
• Credits: R$ 50 in credits per month + daily credit bonus (limited time promo).
Team Plan
• Who it's for: teams and SMBs that want to centralize AI use and billing.
• Includes everything from Pro, plus:
– Unlimited users with dedicated workspace
– Credit limit per user (daily, weekly, and monthly – coming soon)
– Monitor team usage (export full workspace data)
– Welcome call with the Tess team
– Priority support and consulting
– Historical business data (costs, usage, and consumption by team)
– Centralized billing (automatic credit top-up)
– AI University for team members (AI upskilling for teams)

Enterprise Plan

Legacy plans (kept only for old customers):

These plans stay active for existing users, but they're no longer offered on the public page. All new clients are directed to Go, Basic, Pro, Team or Enterprise.
What's the difference between the Legacy plans: Beginner, Individual and Business?
Beginner: entry plan, focused on individual use, with a smaller amount of annual credits.
Individual: individual use with more credits and the ability to create AI agents.
Business: plan with team workspace, multiple users and access to Tess API and automations.

- Can I change my plan in the middle of the billing cycle? Yes, you can change plans at any time. When you do this, you'll automatically move to the new plan you chose (in case of upgrade) and move at the end of the cycle (in case of downgrade).
- How do I get more information about the Business and Enterprise plans? To get detailed info about the Business and Enterprise plans, including custom pricing and specific features, contact our sales team through the “Contact Sales” button on the plans page.
Yes. You can buy extra credits separately, prepaid, no subscription.
Just go to the plans area and access the “Prepaid” tab.

Do unused credits roll over to the next month/year?
• Plan credits (monthly/yearly): they don't roll over. At each new billing cycle, your balance is renewed according to your plan.
• Prepaid credits: they stay available until used, following the validity rules shown at purchase.
Is there an extra charge for features like audio transcription or image processing?
There are no extra fees besides credit usage. Each execution (text, image, video, audio, knowledge base, etc.) uses up a certain amount of credits, and this info is shown right on the platform.
- How does Tess AI's credit system work? Tess AI uses a credit system to track platform usage. Each plan comes with a specific amount of credits. Credit usage is calculated using OpenAI's tokenization for more accurate measurement.
- How can I check how many credits I still have left? You can check your current credit balance in the top right corner of Tess AI's chat or in the plan management section.
- How can I get free credits? Tess gives you the chance to earn 1,000 free credits by completing a survey and leaving a review on G2. Plus, there are other actions in the rewards program.
- Which payment methods are accepted? Tess AI accepts payments by credit card and PIX (for Brazil).
- Are the plans monthly or yearly?
We currently offer:
• Monthly plans: recurring month-to-month charge.
• Yearly plans: charge for the year (upfront or in installments, when available), with a discount compared to monthly.
Info about commitment and discounts always appears on the plans page at the time of purchase.
- Can I change my payment method?
• Credit card subscriptions: you can update card details before the next renewal by heading to the plans/subscriptions area.
• Pix payments: these are one-time payments; for the next cycle, just pick your preferred method again in the dashboard, when available.
- Is there a refund policy? Yes, Tess AI offers a 7-day money-back guarantee. To be eligible, you have to request the refund within this period by following this link here
- What happens if my payment fails? If there are issues with your payment, the system will make about 8 attempts over the course of a few days. If there are still errors after the attempts, your plan will be automatically canceled.
- How does invoice issuing work? You receive the invoice for your payments by email, usually every month or according to the type of subscription you have (monthly or yearly).
- How does plan cancellation work? You can check here about plan cancellation!
In summary:
• You can request to cancel renewal anytime in the plans section.
• Cancellation is scheduled for the end of the current cycle (monthly or yearly). Until then, you keep access to all plan features.
- Are plans renewed automatically? Yes. Both monthly and yearly plans renew automatically, unless you turn off renewal in your account.
By confirming your purchase, you authorize future renewals under the same conditions until you decide to cancel.
- Can I cancel my plan and get a refund anytime?
• Within 7 days of purchase or renewal: you can request a full refund, according to our guarantee policy.
• After 7 days: there’s no proportional refund. The plan stays active until the end of the already-paid period.
If I go with the annual plan and split the payment, does the total plan price change?
No. The total plan price stays the same, whether you pay in full or split into 12 interest-free payments. Splitting just makes it easier to pay the one-time investment.

- Is there a user limit per plan?
• Go: individual use (1 user).
• Basic: unlimited users, sharing the same subscription, each person with their own access.
• Pro: unlimited users, business-focused, all linked to the same account.
• Team: unlimited users with dedicated workspace, credit limits per user (being implemented), and centralized management.
• Enterprise: unlimited users, with advanced governance, SSO, and corporate policies.
On legacy plans:
• Beginner and Individual: multiple users (lite)
• Business: multiple users, free or charged per user, and extra automation features.
- Are credits shared between team members?
Yes, credits belong to the workspace/account and are shared with all users.
On the Team and Enterprise plans, you can set limits per user (feature being implemented and expanded).
- Is technical support available for all plans? All plans have the right to AI support on the platform, directly via the platform chat, or via email with human support: support@tessai.io
However, when we talk about a more personalized service and closer follow-up, these are services tied to the higher plans.

- What's the difference in credit consumption when adding a knowledge base?
When you add a knowledge base, there’s a small processing cost that will use your credits only once, specifically to access your uploaded base.
And it’s usually very little, don’t worry. Without an extra base and with unlimited model, you don’t spend any of your credits!
