- What are the available plans on Tess AI? Tess AI offers different plans to meet the needs of various users. The current plans are: Beginner Plan, Individual Plan, and Business Plan. There is also the Enterprise Plan, which is especially designed for companies.
Each plan offers different amounts of monthly credits and access to specific resources. The more advanced plans generally include more credits and additional features, such as monetization and more advanced automations.
As a similarity, all plans have unlimited Chats for 15 different AI models, as well as unlimited image generation from the Flux Schnell model.
What is the difference between the Beginner, Individual, and Business plans?
The Beginner plan is ideal for beginners, offering 18,000 annual credits.
The Individual plan includes all the features of the Beginner plan, plus 36,000 annual credits and the creation of custom AI agents.
The Business plan, for teams and companies, offers 60,000 annual credits, a Workspace for the team, AI Automation, and access to the Tess API, in addition to the features of previous plans. All plans include access to our AI University.

$149 per user/month: 5,000 monthly credits, totaling 60,000 annual credits. Includes all the features of previous plans, plus a Workspace for teamwork, adding new users, AI Automation, and Tess API.
All plans include the AI University, a gamified training in Tess AI for you to master Generative AI.
With the prepaid plans, you acquire credits to use on the platform with a single payment, without recurring charges.
2. Credits
- How does the Tess AI credit system work? Tess AI uses a credit system to measure the use of the platform. Each plan comes with a specific amount of monthly credits. Credit consumption is calculated using OpenAI tokenization to ensure more accurate measurement.

- Can I buy additional credits? Yes, it is possible to purchase additional credits separately if you need more resources than your plan offers. You will be able to contract through the plans area, in the "prepaid" tab.
- Are unused credits accumulated for the next month? Unused credits are not accumulated for the next month. Each billing cycle starts with the amount of credits corresponding to your current plan. If your plan is annual, you will have them at once for the entire year period.
- Is there an additional charge for resources like audio transcription or image processing? There is no extra charge on any of the executions on the platform.
